How To Create A Successful Blog

Building a successful online business is easier than you think but it has to be constantly.

The best way to get started is to start a blog writing about something you are passionate about. It can actually be anything. No strings attached, but I also know people who are specifically writing for topics that they know have high search volumes and people are willing to pay more for it.

Personally, I think it's the best way to write about something you really like, because on the long go you will be much more willing to keep going also when there are tough times.

The hard thing about writing a blog however is not to start it, the tough thing is to keep going.

The difference between being rich, poor and wealthy

How would you define a poor person?
Is a poor person somebody who has no money but debts?
Is a rich person somebody who has all what the poor does not have?
Is a wealthy person somebody who has money, friends and freedom?

1. Rich people

In our world there are rich people that have a lot of money but no friends, family, and freedom. They might have money and can buy themselves nearly everything.

In our society people who have a lot of material status are considered as being rich. If you have a 1000m2 house, a great car, a boat and 5 Rolex watches you are considered a success in our world.

3 Ways To Increase Your Passive Income

There are many ways to increase your passive income. And many things really work. I will honestly tell you which ways I have tried and discovered as beneficial. Methods that did not work for me, just didn't work for me and they might be good for you, so try them out also if you are interested.

Here are the methods that I have tried.

#1 Fiverr: The first way I tried to make passive income online was by utilising fiverr.com. This platform was really good for me to discover that you really can make money online. First I offered making videos for people.

Not having a digital camera at that moment, I used the webcam of my computer. Believe me the results were really not good, so I had to make the video even better. I think I have created around 30 videos for people and I mostly got good reviews. I had some orders at the beginning when I was still ranking higher as "New Arrivals" had not pushed me on the second page, but with the time I hardly had any orders anymore. Maybe 1 or 2 per week and this for $5 (actually just $4, as fiverr gets #1 for every $5 you earn). So, I tried to do something else on fiverr.

How To Generate More Income - Rich Dad Poor Dad

Personally I am not an absolute expert in regards to building up passive income, but I am surely somebody who loves focusing on this area of my life.

I have recently read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad and I can recommend it to anyone who is searching for new ideas to grow your financial intelligence. I think one of the best parts of the book is when Robert Kiyosaki talks about Assets, Liabilities, Expenses & Income and in what the rich invest to become rich and what the poor and middle class does.

At the end of the book he mentiones something like that the middle class things they become rich by investing into houses and are actually not really right.
As they actually also grow their liabilities by doing it. I guess this point is a bit controversial but I think he means that it should not be your aim to buy a house and then have a mortgage running for another 20 years. Kiyosaki speaks of the earned money which should be transformed into passive income or portfolio income.

How To Find The Right Work Life Balance

Have you ever asked yourself, how to find the right work life balance? Well, I did and I am still not 100% sure how to find it. In general I think there are a few areas in life that have to fit together. One can not be without the other one for true fulfillment. Basically I think that there have to be a balance in these 3 main areas for satisfaction:

# Health #
# Social Love #
# Progress #

Please let me explain why I think the following points are so important and how you can get them going for yourself as well.

1. Health

Without health noting makes as fun as when you are healthy. Ever had a cold and went to work? How did it feel? Didn't you want to go home, tell your colleagues that they should shut the fuck up and didn't your boss nerve you? Stupid client meetings gave you the rest...?

Haha... I am sure you know what I am talking about. So health takes a very important part in our live. I know often you can not do anything against your cold, your fever or your headache, maybe...

Train As Hard As You Like & See The Secrets Which Will Keep You Going

Personally I think that there is not a specific benchmark for how hard you should train and a very personal decision. I know people who prefer training not too hard but making very short breaks between the repitions of 30-45 sec's. They are rather focusing on burning fat and not so much on developing big muscles.

Then there are some who just hit the gym to move, they will walk on the treadmill and if they make some kind of weight lifting they will use low weights and just make few repitions. What I recognised is that rather women tend to do that. They often have another goal than men. They want to train their tighs, butt, legs or abs and are seeking to feel fit, of doing something. They don't want to built huge muscles and to be honest, I think its great seeing women train like that. It's not really about how hard they train, just the fact that they make the decision of going to the gym after work although they are not in the mood is already a great achievement.

We Will Just Regret The Things We Have Not Done

You probably know the above saying and you probably also know that it is very true.
Have you ever said no to something, and at the next moment were annpyed about your stupid choice?

If you have not so far, you will definitely experience this in the future. Personally, I guess it happens nearly every month to me. I remember when I had a job interview but when the recruiter asked me if I really wanted the job stuttert. Not very convincing to take such an employee, what?

Or I had the chance to go on a great trip but was somehow afraid to tell that I was interested. Unfortunately the rest of the people drove without me then. It turned out it was one of the coolest trips the guys had ever made in their lives. In these moments you would love hitting yourself :)

There are so many opportunities in life. But most of the time we just use few of them. Why? Because we might wait for something better or think that we don't earn the opportunity or are just afraid of something new. And even some people think that they deserve the bad things in life, why? Because it was always like that.

Screw it. It's not like that. If you are poor today, you can get rich tomorrow. If you don't have a great job now, maybe you should seek for a better one and take some risks because you will just regreat the opportunities you have not taken in life.

What Makes Us Happy?

We all want to be happy in life and sometimes we want to pleasure others to be happy and forget about ourselves. There are so many mothers, fathers, children and grandparents in the world that are trying to do everything to make other family members happy.

Personally I think that this is a very unnatural behavior. Sure, we all have responsibilities, but first of all you should always take care about yourself. In the past I have tried to make everybody around me happy.

In the meanwhile I discovered that taking care about yourself first is crucial for a fulfilled life. If you are not happy yourself, how can you ever make others around you truely happy? It's not possible.

If you want a better life, you have to do what's important for you first, then you take care about your spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend, friends, family etc.

Leadership Is A Choice

Are leaders really born or is it a choice to be a leader?

There are quite a few people out there who burry their dreams, just because they have the believe that being a leader is something that is not available for them.

First of all I think its important to know, if you want to be a leader, as leading people takes heaps of responsibility. If you have not mastered yourself you should not try to lead as you will never be perceived as genuine.

You may heard the saying: Failing organisations are usually over-managed and under-led.
by Warren G. Bennis

True leaders though are - a seldom breed.

If you have considered yourself feeling confident to lead people, you have just started a long journey. A journey that will be very fulfilling and challenging...

How To Change Habits?

Good question, let me think...
Ehm, actually I am not sure but I have a few ideas concerning this topic. Please let me explain...

I am training on a regular basis since 2 and a half years (with one break of 3 month in between) but otherwise I was always training regularly.

I sometimes lose focus and don't train for a week or so but then refocus again and then train like 5 times every second day again. But I sometimes can't hold this pace. And I think this is also not a problem as long as you don't completely stop with your training.
There is this video in the internet about a guy who tries to change a habit within 30 days. He wants to focus for 30 days consecutively on a task that he wants to fulfill. If he interrupts the 30 days just once by not fulfilling the task he has to redo it as long as he manages.

Funny story, ey?

The Harder The Battle - The Sweeter The Victory

Is that really true? I believe that. We are naturally lazy, that's the way humans are. Some stay lazy their whole life and there is nothing bad about it. It's everybody's choice what he/she wants to do.

What I discovered for myself is, that if you are first of all doing what you like is very important for your inner satisfaction. I know a guy, he works in the gym since nearly 10 years and he is the very happy with his job. Some people might say, that this is not a great job. I think differently, this guy knows what's the most important in life and he is living it: "Finding what you like, what fulfills you, what makes you happy when you stand up. That's the real magic.

I respect this guy, I sometimes talk with him when I am in the gym and I think he is a great person.

He is way ahead of many other people who are conditioned to have a great job, that's honored in the society and gives you the feeling of being more valuable. If you look at those people in more detail you sometimes discover that they are not satisfied at all (I don't say every person, but I think that much to many people are conditioned by the society, by their family or other external factors that are not good for them).

I myself was in a job for nearly three years that I did not like at all. I mean I liked learning new stuff, that's just my nature, but I actually didn't like the topic. It was boring, I could not see myself reading stuff about it in my spare time, only if my boss told me I had to read that and that, Moreover my boss was a complete asshole.

Training With Injuries... No Fun

It happens to all of us, sometime in life. An Injury. But what to do if you have been training so hard and all of a sudden pain is distracting you...?

You bet, exactly what happened to me 2-3 weeks ago. I have been for a longer 12k run on the stupid concrete street. Actually I can run wherever I like and don't have any problems afterwards. Not this time.

Already during my run, I felt a slight pain in my knee. But kept going as it was not too bad.

How To Beat The Treadmill?

I don’t do it often, but two days ago, I had to try it once again.

The plan wasn’t so clear from the beginning, but when I was stepping on the treadmill it was. I warmed up 5-10 min’s slow running and a bit warming up my muscles. We don’t want to risk an injury :)

And then, I reseted the timer on the treadmill and started off running. I immediately went up on a 16k speed.
Ok. So what was the plan?

There was no plan, I just tried not to look onto the timer of the treadmill nor on the way that I still had to go. This sometimes is rather demotivating, as I then always think about how long I still have to suffer :)
So, I just looked in front of me. I guess the first k was quite good, and all the other ones that followed weren’t that devastating.

How To Motivate Yourself For Running Although You Don't Feel Like It

First I want to tell you how I motivated myself and then I will tell you what I think is a good way to get your butt out of the door.

Today I made a 8.6k run and ran it with a rather low speed of 11k. As I was already training on Monday, Wednesday and today I am feeling a bit tired in my legs. Today I ran 6.6k with 11k and the last 2k with 15k per hour. In total a very successful run. I might not should have pushed myself at the end, but I somehow needed it:)

When I cam home today, I ate something and afterwards wasn't really convinced of still going to the gym, but I tried not to have any excuses and so I just did it. You know if you have a full stomache and it's already 8pm, then you just want to sit down or lie on the couch and relax.

Which Shoes Do I Run With?

Here's an update of my Blog.

Just wanted to share with you my experience for these running shoes. They are adidas shoes and I have really made good experience. I have been running with them for 2 years now. On average I ran around 12k per week over 24 month. Brings me to 1.248 kilometers. I ran offroad as onroad.
My feet weren't sweatening a lot and they are still not smelly (maybe a bit, but really not bad) :)

Interval Training - Sweat, Pain And Tears Not For The Softly Heartet

Yesterday I made my first interval training since quite a while.

I really enjoyed it. Since last week I am subscribed to a fitness center round the corner again.
It's one of the cheapest, but although not cheap.

Doesn't matter, my training is more important than the financial hurdle.

In this week I have been going for a run on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Today I took off and went for a burger at Burger Fuel.

Maybe not the best food, but I just wanted to have it. A small reward so to speak.

How To Become Successful In Any Thing?

1. Start small, think big

One of the biggest problems that we nowadays have to face is that we all want success much to fast and why?
Because media presents it to us like that. Look at all the adds out there. Clean your house in minutes with the urltra fast vacuum cleaner. Play lotto and win millions over night. Book a sky diving course and in 2 weeks you receive a certificate being an experienced sky jumper. Things which take time to mature should nowadays be possible in a few days.

If you ask me, most of the time these are just blank lies. Sure, you can be a skydiver in two weeks, but the quality may be questionable.

We want things to fast and don't believe that continously preparation, endurance and perseverance are the real keys to success.

If you ask me, the only way to get successful is to master the simple things. I mean lets be honest, we are all human beings. You stand up in the morning, so does Bill Gates or Barack Obama, they breakfast and plan their day, work a couple of hours and drive home to their families.

There Are People Who Live And Die And Never Truely Live

It's not about how much you earn, it's about who you become on the journey.

Isn't it weird, that some people in your life have a good life, have loving relationships, supporting people around them... and you?

Where are you?

Where am I?

I am writing this blog, I am happy of doing it. I like sharing my experience with the world. As I am trying to improve myself and change myself to a better who. But how do you get a better who?

I think the best way in the world to improve yourself is by starting at yourself. And the best way to change this, is to make sports. It doesn't matter if you are a man or a woman, young or old. It really doesn't matter. There are old people who change their live in one day, and others who live and die and never live their life.

I Am Totally Back From My 3 Month Break - No Excuses!

The ultimate motivation for today's run

I just finished my 4 run in 9 days.

And you know what, it was excellent as (nearly) always!

I thought about going for a run the whole day, and at afternoon I have just put on my running shoes and started off.

Approximately a 5.5k distance. I didn't measure my time because I most of the time don't care about how fast I am, as I run for my personal pleasure.

I ran about 1.5k just uphill, it's tough but the feeling of being one of the only crazy bastards who does it pushes me even further. And if you get to the peak of the hill you have a terrific view over the city. Love it.

So, if you haven't put your shoes on so far, or went for a walk or into the gym, whatever it is. I invite you to.

Life Is Like A Rollercoaster

What I realized in the last few month is, that not everybody wants to push himself to it's limits or at least they don't want it hard enough. I have been battling often with myself, should I do that, and this, and should I try this...

Without focus you never reach your goal

Why? Sometimes I thought I am searching for something that doesn't exist - the ultimate success!
But is success really something that couldn't exist for myself? Was it something that only some of us could ever reach, those who are blessed, who have more talent or grew up in a family that supported them?

Well I don't think so anymore! I recognized that the more work I put into something the more I started believing in myself. The boundaries that I have put up for myself so many years where just there because I was afraid, maybe afraid to fail? Afraid to start something and fail again for not finishing? No trust in myself, don't see myself as good enough?
